Course Enrollment and Payment Terms

Enrollment is considered final only upon full payment of the course fee.

Unless stated otherwise, all prices are exclusive of VAT. When applicable to the purchase Danish VAT will be charged.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Participants may cancel their enrollment up to 14 days before the course start date to receive a full refund of their purchase.
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before the course start date are eligible for a 50% refund of the purchase price.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on the day before the course starts or later.

Data Protection and Privacy

Your personal data will be processed in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Data will only be used for course administration and communication purposes. It will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent.

Intellectual Property Rights

All course materials are the intellectual property of the instructor. Participants are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for personal purposes only. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of course materials is prohibited.

Liability and Disclaimer

The course is provided on an ‘as-is’ basis. The instructor is not liable for indirect damages or losses resulting from the course content or delivery, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
